Soft Wash Madrid
Low-pressure facade & roof cleaning in Madrid. English spoken.
Looking for soft washing in Madrid? Innova Solutions brings the soft wash method — widely used in the UK and the US — to homes and buildings across Madrid. We clean and treat facades, render, stone, brick and roofs at low pressure, removing algae, moss, lichen, mould and black streaks without damaging the surface. We speak English.
What is soft washing?
Soft washing is an exterior cleaning method that uses low-pressure water combined with professional biocide solutions. Instead of blasting dirt off with a high-pressure jet washer — which can erode render, strip paint and force water into joints — the solution kills organic growth at the root. The surface is left clean and the results last much longer than pressure washing.
What we soft wash
- House and villa facades: render (monocapa), painted walls, stone and brick.
- Roofs and roof tiles.
- Garden walls, fences and boundary walls.
- Patios, terraces, paving and pool surrounds.
- Residential buildings and communal areas.
Why choose soft washing over pressure washing?
- Safe for delicate surfaces: no risk of blasting away render, mortar or paint.
- Longer-lasting results: the biocide kills spores, so growth comes back much more slowly.
- Restores the original colour of stone and render.
- Protective treatment available after cleaning to keep surfaces clean for longer.
